Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.


Duties & Taxes

EU destinations

  • VAT is included at checkout.

  • No additional duties apply for EU deliveries.

Non-EU European destinations

  • Local VAT, customs, or import fees may apply depending on local regulations.

  • Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery, Risk of Loss & Delays

  • Risk of loss remains with Zenmist until the goods are delivered to the customer in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

  • If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us.
    We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.


Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Keep all original packaging.

  2. Take clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Email us at info@zenmist.world with your order number.

We will support you and coordinate with the carrier to find a suitable solution.
