We want you to feel fully confident when shopping with Zenmist.
If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

EU customers always retain their legal right to withdraw within 14 days under EU consumer law.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@zenmist.world with:

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

Because some items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations, all returns must be arranged through email first.
This allows us to provide you with the correct return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers will always receive a confirmed return address before sending their item back.

Unannounced or unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • with all tags attached

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the European Union.
After approval, customers will receive a prepaid return label with instructions.

Return shipping costs for orders outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will always be covered by Zenmist.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist in solving the issue.
Photos or packaging details may be requested.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • personal care items (oils, cosmetics, soaps, bath products)

  • perishable goods

  • personalized or custom-made items

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • gift cards

  • clearance or sale items


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Complete a return request

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned in original condition.
Normal handling as would be permitted in a physical store is allowed.

Refunds include the original standard shipping costs in accordance with EU consumer protection law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
